Scope

Al Matla publishes original research and scholarly articles in the field of Arabic language education, including teaching, learning, linguistics, curriculum, and assessment.

Submission

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

  • Submissions are made online via Open Journal System (OJS).

Language

  • Manuscripts may be written in English, Arabic, or Bahasa Indonesia.

Manuscript Format

  • Length: 5,000–7,000 words

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Spacing: 1.5, A4 size

Abstract & Keywords

  • Abstract must be written in English.

  • Keywords should represent the main topics of the article.

  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition

  • Use relevant and recent scholarly sources.

Peer Review

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Publication Ethics

  • Authors must ensure originality and avoid plagiarism.
